WHY WE DO IT
Our visits to refugee camps uncovered a pressing issue: traditional livelihood we uncovered relied on flawed assumptions about local market demand, resulting in minimal impact. Even how they track and report their impact has nothing to do with actual income.
Over 80% of the youth were struggling and hustling on the streets, making around 30 cents a day. This data-driven insight forced us to develop a new model that provides effective, scalable solutions tailored to real needs. A solution that offers a legit pathway for decent work, and a valid path for indepence.
WHAT WE DO
Our program delivers targeted, tech-enabled training in skills like 3D modeling, aligned with current market demands. We utilize advanced technology to enhance training outcomes and ensure that graduates are equipped with practical skills for the global freelance market. Our model includes ongoing support to ensure that every graduate achieves economic stability and professional success.
THE FUTURE
We plan to expand our model to more than 10 new locations, refining our plug-and-play approach to integrate with both traditional NGOs and innovative private sector partners. Our expansion will begin in 2025, supported by ongoing fundraising efforts.
